What's the Declaration of Independence Have to Do With Health Care Reform?

"We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness -" that famous phrase from the Declaration of Independence is the cornerstone on which our nation was built. So, what has this got to do with the health reform?

Since born with these rights is proposing that all citizens of this country are given equalWays of life that you got to live freely, and in a way that they like, as long as their actions do not conflict with the rights of others. Because a healthy lifestyle contributes to the lucky few able to conclude that health care is a fundamental right. However, the Constitution does not promise a happy life rather explicitly states that we have the right to pursue happiness. So we have to make plans and take measures to achieve this goal.

The role of government is toensure external and internal influences without taking our freedom to live. No matter how well intentioned, they can not tell us what they eat and how much practice in order to conform to normal standards of government. These well-meaning do-gooders want to manage our lives and make us just like them. Have they not heard of genetics? It's okay to educate us, but do not try our mandate. To decide against the law or taxation of life against the right of individuals, even if it could help preventImproving the nation's collective health. If this method works, would drink no drugs or alcohol in order to use more, and we would be smoke-free nation.

What we need is a bi-partisan approach to the health care issue. There is an enormous task and fixing it will require more than one pass through this complex system, which represents 15% of our annual GDP. Since 85% of the population has some kind of reporting, perhaps we should to those who have no insurance and are lookingAddress this issue first. The reform of the coverage and costs for those with insurance can be studied and made plans to implement, if possible start. Yes, it will take a few years, but the problem is for decades to achieve the current state of affairs is unacceptable accepted.

Delivering people in this country has health care is not entitled. Rather, it is something that improves the quality of life, and hence comes a price tag. We pre-boomer generation, these virtually all our methods knownLife. Every citizen has a responsibility to participate in their own health and for the sake of proper health care for their families and them. It is not for the government to interfere. Instead, everyone should have the freedom to make their own decisions about life and choose the health plan to be the best for them under their own particular circumstances, and be prepared to exercise this right, if not paid with money then with service . If everyone with an interestthe cost of coverage, chances are we, how we used to respect them.

One thing that politicians should not forget the Americans are willing to pay for what they want. And we are not losing happy with what we have. Therefore, the aim should be to care for all, to be determined by a program, but not to the coverage of those who already have insurance and are paying for it reduced.
